6 P.M. | CLIMB TO NEW HEIGHTS AT CITY ROCK Built around a passion for climbing, community, and the adventure lifestyle, City Rock offers everything from a kid’s club for young climbers, a youth team for our teenage climbers, and programs for climbers who want to test their limits. With climbing walls towering 43 feet overhead and 3,500 square feet of boulder space, City Rock is sure to rock even the boldest adventurer.
8 P.M. | DRINK YOUR DINNER AT OLA JUICE BAR Ola is a way of life. They believe that individuals can own their health, and choosing nutrient-dense, easily digestible nutriment is a necessary step in taking control. Through Ola’s juices, smoothies, and food, they promote health and vitality, with a special focus on refueling, recharging, and recovery for athletes, those with an active lifestyle, and anyone who wants to take control of their health. Ola’s menu is plant-based, mostly organic, gluten-free and raw, plus they use locally grown produce and local businesses as much as possible.
8 A.M. | HIGH-ADRENALINE WHITE-WATER RAFTING THE ROYAL GORGE | ECHO CANYON RIVER EXPEDITIONS Enjoy a half-day paddle on a section of the Arkansas River, home to Class III to V thrills on rapids like Boat Eater and the Sledgehammer. Beneath 1,000 feet of canyon walls, Royal Gorge rafting trips are the perfect adventure to discover the unforgettable beauty of Colorado white-water rafting. 4 P.M. | ZIP THROUGH THE AIR AT THE BROADMOOR SOARING ADVENTURE AT SEVEN FALLS Experience the exhilaration of Seven Falls with a high-flying adventure that rappels you across “The Grandest Mile of Scenery in Colorado.” Located in the secluded South Cheyenne Canyon, The Broadmoor Soaring Adventure consists of 10 zip lines (divided between two courses) that range in distance from 300 feet to 1,800 feet as well as moderate hiking, rope bridges, and a controlled 180-foot rappel that offers stunning views of the waterfalls and the canyon below.
10 A.M. | VISIT STRATA INTEGRATED WELLNESS SPA Spanning the top two floor of the Gateway Building, Strata Integrated Wellness Spa at Garden of thr Gods Resort and Club perfectly showcases the majestic Rocky Mountains and the world-renowned Garden of the Gods Park. 12:30 P.M. | HIKE AND CLIMB GARDEN OF THE GODS Before you leave town, get acquainted with the red rock formations in Colorado Springs’ picturesque public park. Retrace millions of years of geological history with the nature center’s exhibits, take a guided nature walk or a three-mile hike along the rolling Chambers/Bretag/Palmer Trail.
