Walking through the front doors of The Club, you can’t help but draw closer to the beauty of the red rocks beyond, so the name of our lobby bar and dining room, The Rocks, is naturally a perfect fit. We invite you to gather, socialize and network while enjoying the setting sun on the Kissing Camels, just as members and guests have been doing for decades. And, just as they did at the start of The Club, we want you to enjoy fresh cocktails made with local spirits that complement our well-constructed menu that’s meant to be shared with friends. We invite you to let go of the day and allow us to guide you through your evening with the best views and with your best friends by your side.

Discover your new favorite dishes, from Truffle Fries to Sweet Water Ranch Bison Sliders or Bao Buns. They pair perfectly with our locally sourced Kicking Camel Mule or a refreshing Pineapple Cilantro Margarita. And, if you are feeling adventurous, let us take you on a journey with some pre-prohibition classics paired with our Braised Beef Short Rib or Roasted Whole Pacific White Shrimp.  The only thing missing is you.

The Rock Lounge is open Daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm – Food Service available daily from 11:00 am – 10:00 pm

The Rocks Dining Room is open daily:  Lunch: 11:00 am to 2:30 pm, (serving our lunch menu) Dinner: 2:30 pm to 10 pm (serving our Rocks Dinner menu)

Members and Resort guests are encouraged to visit The Rocks daily between 4 pm and 6 pm to enjoy a lively Happy Hour complete with drink and food specials.
