Honoring the traditions of The Collection
Garden of the Gods Collection is a private country club and luxury golf resort in Colorado Springs. Perched high atop a mesa, the Resort offers stunning views of snow-capped Pikes Peak and the natural red rock formations of the Garden of the Gods National Landmark. Members and guests enjoy spending time with friends, family, and each other while taking advantage of incredible amenities.
As The Club and Retreat at Garden of the Gods is located within an elegant and sophisticated private country club, we ask that our resort and event guests please observe the following guidelines while on property.
Out of respect for all Members and Guests, the Club and Resort culture is that all cell phones shall remain in the “off” or “silent/vibrate” mode at all times. Cellular phone usage is limited to the lobby, main hallways adjacent to guest service areas, private function space, guest rooms, guest room patios and parking lots. Any audible use of cell phones is prohibited in public areas, such as the dining room, lounge, and associated patios. The Club and Resort requests that headphones or earbuds be used at all times while cell phones or devices are used to play music or watch videos, and should be limited to the pool, work-out facility or recreation center. Use of cell phones on the golf course is discouraged and should be limited to emergency situations. Please understand that guests and members may be approached by The Club and Retreat staff to discontinue any cell phone usage outside of designated areas. We appreciate your gracious consideration of our culture while you enjoy what we believe is one of the most treasured destinations in the United States. Applicable to all members and guests regardless of cause or circumstance.
For the comfort of our members and guests, The Club and Retreat at Garden of the Gods is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is permitted in private vehicles only. Smoking is permitted on the golf course with the approval of playing partners.
For their own safety and the comfort of our Club members and guests, children must be supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children while at The Club and Retreat. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day (Summer Season), the family pool at the Recreation Center is open daily to guests and members of all ages. During this time, the Infinity Pool is reserved for adults 21 years of age or older. Between Labor Day and Memorial Day (Winter Season), children less than 21 years of age are permitted at the Infinity Pool when accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older. Children less than 12 years of age are not permitted access to the Fitness Center. Children 13-16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older. We respectfully ask that parents curtail children from playing on the Grand View lawn after 6:00 pm.
Dining room reservations are requested for lunch and dinner at The Club and Retreat at Garden of the Gods. To expedite service, parties of 12 or more will be asked to order from a pre-planned menu. It is required that all checks be signed and include the guest number or resort room number. The only dining facilities that accept cash are the Recreation Center and Mirage Snack Bars. An 18% service charge will be added to all food and beverage checks and is applied to the total charge prior to tax.
The Club and Retreat at Garden of the Gods is known for its magnificent views and tranquil environment. During your stay, you will observe many types of local wildlife. For your own safety, please view the wildlife from a distance. In order to maintain the peaceful setting that our Club members, guests and resident wildlife have come to expect, please keep noise to a minimum and refrain from walking on the grass around the reflection pool after 6 p.m. While staying in a resort guest room, we ask that you respect fellow guests by maintaining a quiet atmosphere after 10 p.m.

Prom Photography Guidelines
With the arrival of prom season comes an increased number of requests for taking photos on the Grand View Lawn. While we certainly want our member’s children to capture this special evening framed by the view at their club we do ask that you honor a few guidelines:
• Please contact Scott Marble, assistant general manager, 719.520.4979, for approval of the date and time at least 24 hours in advance.
• Please limit the number of your party to 24: your child and date; three other couples, and two adults for each prom attendee – or any combination totaling 24.
• Photo times will be limited to 30 minutes to allow more families to enjoy the lawn each weekend.
• Our staff will ask guests saying they are “here for prom pictures” to identify the name of member they are joining to ensure they are indeed friends of your family.
We love the excitement of the season, particularly watching proud parents with their happy teenagers, and are merely trying to do our best to accommodate everyone while still being respectful of others using the Club. It is important to note that utilization of the club grounds is held exclusively for our members as outlined above.
