Carrie Sokalski
Personal Trainer
Carrie, an NSCA-certified personal trainer, is very enthusiastic about helping you to find a fitness plan that is tailored to your individual needs. Carrie specializes in circuit training, developing the trunk and core, and using the body weight with unilateral implementation to help you achieve well-rounded fitness. When it comes to getting fit, Carrie believes that losing inches and fat is so much more important than focusing on the number on the scale. She also wants to help people realize that their obstacles are really opportunities to improve their lives by making their goals a reality. Carrie maintains that being fit is also about striking a balance between the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life, and that what this looks like varies from one person to another.
